Halder has acquired a majority stake in DermaZentrum (Munich, Germany) as part of an owners buy out with founder Prof. Dr. Meineke remaining on board as co-shareholder and CEO. The parties have agreed not to disclose the terms of the transaction.
DermaZentrum, founded in 2018, has rapidly emerged to one of the leading dermatology chains in Germany and operates 13 practices today. The company offers state-of-the-art medical and aesthetic dermatology services.
