PINOVA Capital has acquired a majority stake in IREMA-Filter GmbH, a leading international provider of patented filter solutions.
IREMA is characterised by its high vertical integration. The company is fully integrated and has – as one of the few suppliers worldwide – both its own mechanical engineering and the competence to produce filter media and ready-to-use filters. IREMA filters offer an optimum in terms of the most important criteria of energy efficiency, filter performance and service life. The subsidiary Aeolus Filter Corporation, North Carolina, serves the North American market with both IREMA filter materials and filters from its own production.
