PINOVA Capital has sold its majority stake in WEETECH Holding GmbH to Halma plc.
WEETECH is a leading international developer and manufacturer of test systems for cable, component and function tests in the low and high voltage range. The Wertheim-based company has been developing, manufacturing and selling test systems for over 45 years. These systems are based on a modular system architecture and can be configured for customer-specific requirements and different test tasks. In 2016, PINOVA Capital acquired WEETECH and has since successfully developed it further.
