Halder has acquired Helios Klinik Volkach (Volkach, Germany), which will continue to operate as Fachklinikum Mainschleife GmbH. The parties have agreed not to disclose the terms of the transaction.
With a capacity of 40 beds, Fachklinikum Mainschleife provides high-quality medical care for the population in the district of Kitzingen, Bavaria, as well as surrounding areas. The hospital treats about 2,500 stationary patients annually and maintains two medical care centers in Volkach and Wurzburg. With 70 employees, Fachklinikum Mainschleife is specialized in general surgery with a strong focus on orthopedics and trauma surgery.
